Ingredients

• 300 g penne or rigatoni pasta
• Salt for pasta water and seasoning
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves minced
• 0.5 to 1 tsp chili flakes
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp paprika smoked or sweet
• 2 chicken breasts sliced about 400 to 450 g
• 1 onion diced
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 180 g cherry tomatoes halved
• 150 ml dry white wine
• 50 g sun dried tomatoes sliced
• Pinch of sugar
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 150 ml heavy cream
• Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
