turkey newburg Recipe

Ingredients

• 6 tb margarine or butter
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/2 teas salt
• 1/4 teas pepper
• 1/8 teas thyme
• 1 cup chicken broh
• 1 cup half and half
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 2 tb sherry or cookin wine
• 4 oz can mushroom pieces and stems undrained
• 3 cups cubed, cooked turkey
