Ingredients

• 125g dried chickpeas cooked with bicarb OR 1 tin
• 1/2 tsp bicarb - If cooking chickpeas from dry
• 60g tahini
• 60ml fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 - 1 bulb of garlic or 1 whole bulb
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp ground coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp olive oil to serve
• ice cold water
