Charity's Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

• 6 to 8 oz fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
• 1 large sweet onion, chopped
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, and garlic
• 2 cans (14 oz each) diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil
• 1 large (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
• 1 large (28 oz) can tomato sauce
• 2 to 3 tsp minced garlic
• 2 Pkgs McCormick Zesty Italian Spaghetti Sauce
• 2 tsp oregano
• 2 tsp fresh minced parsley ( maybe a little more)
• 2 tsp basil
