• 1 11-ounce can corn with red and green peppers
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 8 6-inch corn tortillas
• 1 10-ounce can red enchilada sauce
• 3 (1) cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
