• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• ¾ lb (340 g) small multicoloured tomatoes, different shapes and sizes, halved or sliced depending on their size
• 1 bunch chives
• Mixed herb leaves (such as flat-leaf parsley, oregano, basil)
• Fleur de sel
