Mac & Cheeze Please :) - The Daily Kale
Just so you know- I like to spell cheese, with a z, when I'm speaking of vegan 'cheese'. Unless I state it as cashew cheese. I just want to make sure ya'll know
Ingredients
- pieces of Ezekiel Bread
- 1 cup cashews, soaked and drained
- Nutritional Yeast (I used a little less than a 1/4 cup)
- 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup water
- a dash of turmeric for color
