Ingredients

• 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish piecrust
• 1 cup chopped toasted walnuts, divided use
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 3 large eggs, beaten
• 3/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
• 2 to 3 tablespoons bourbon
• 1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Whipped cream, optional topping
