- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 large tortillas
- ½ C Mainland grated tasty cheese
- ¼ iceberg lettuce shredded
- ¼ red onion finely sliced
- ½ red capsicum cut into strips
- ½ handful fresh coriander (optional)
