• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 4 bay leaves
• ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 bunch of scallion (green and white parts), thinly sliced (about ½ cup)
• 5 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
