Aloo baigan aur Matar curry – Nisha’s Recipes

Ingredients

• 3 potatoes diced
• 1 egg plant diced
• 1/2 cup frozen peas
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoon oil
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 green and 1 red chilli finely diced
• 1/2 onion diced
• 1/4 cup chopped coriander
• 1 1/2 cup warm water
• pinch of cumin seed ,and fenugreek seed
