- 2 finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon fish masala
- 1 teaspoon Robertson's fish spice
- 1 tablespoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
- 1 teaspoon Dhana powder
- ½ teaspoon tumeric (tumeric)
- 1Tblsp green chilli
- Add 1Tblsp mayonnaise
- Add 1Tblsp chilli sauce
- Add Salt to taste
- Add mint. Shallot chopped green dhania (coriander)
