Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic each
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 heaped teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 heaped teaspoon dania
• 1 teaspoon chilli power
• 2 tsblsp red masala
• Pinch of green masala
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Dash of lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon Halad
• ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 teaspoon Roberstons fish spice
• Tomatoe rings
• Onion rings
