• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 onions chopped
• 1 teaspoon coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin

• 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• Chili paste to taste
• 4 cloves garlic minced
• 1 tomato chopped
• 1 inch ginger grated
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 1/2 lb frozen peas
• 4 Russet potatoes peeled and chopped
• 1/2 Fresh lemon juiced
• Fresh Coriander chopped
• salt to taste
