• 4 cups pumpkin purée
• 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 2 cups 35% cream
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
