Ingredients

• 2 tea spoons of butter
• 1 cup finely shredded green cabbage
• 1 finely sliced celery stick
• 1 grated carrot
• 1 finely sliced onion
• 200g finely diced cooked lamb
• 1 cube of chicken stock
• 1 table spoon plain flour
• 1 lightly beaten egg
• Vegetable oil of your choice for frying
• 1 properly beaten egg, 1 cup bread flour and 1 tablespoon of cold water or making spring roll pastry sheets
