- 100g light brown sugar
- 250g dark rye flour, sifted
- 20g poppy seeds
- Grated zest and juice 1 orange
- 70ml whipping cream
- 20g fine breadcrumbs
- 8 apricots, roughly sliced
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Mascarpone or whipped double cream to serve
