Ingredients

• 1-1/2 cups of Water at 110 degrees
• 1 Tbsp of Sugar
• 1-1/2 tsp of Salt
• 1 package of Dry Yeast
• 2 Tbsp of melted Butter
• 4-1/2 to 5 cups of All Purpose Flour
• 6 cups of Water (for boiling - not for the batter)
• 1/3 cup of Baking Soda
• Egg Wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp of water)
• Kosher Salt for topping
