Ingredients

• 2 Cans 15 oz. each Black beans, drained, rinsed
• 1 Can 11 oz. Whole kernel corn, drained
• 1/2 C. Mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 1/2 C. Green pepper strips
• 1/2 C. Red onion (sliced)
• 2 Tbs. Fresh cilantro or parsley (chopped)
• 2 Tbs. Lime juice
• 1 Clove Garlic (minced)
• 1/2 Tsp. Ground cumin
• 1/2 Tsp. Salt (optional)
• 1/4 Tsp. Ground red pepper
• 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
