• 3 Italian Sausages, cut into bite size chunks
• 2 Tbsp of oil for frying
• 1 Tsp of salt
• 1 1/2 Tsp ground black pepper
• 1 Tsp smoked paprika
• 1 1/2 Tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 Tsp of hot pepper flakes
• 1/2 Red bell pepper, julienned
• 1/2 Green bell pepper, julienned
• 1 Small onion, sliced and ringed
• 2 Tsp of Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Cups of old sharp cheddar cheese, grated
