• 1/2 cup Parmigiano cheese, grated
• 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 2 anchovy fillets, mashed (optional)
