SEAFOOD PAELLA RECIPE

Ingredients

• 1 ½ lbs mixture of clams and mussels
• 75ml dry sherry
• 2 cloves chopped garlic
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 chopped red pepper
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 8oz paella rice
• 1pt hot fish stock
• 4oz frozen petit pois
• Pinch of saffron
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
