Seafood Paella

Ingredients

• 2 10-oz packages Fideos (rolled vermicelli noodles)
• 2 Lobsters
• 2 ts Hot sauce optional
• 1 Lemon
• olive oil
• 1 1/2 lb Manila clams
• 1 Green bell pepper diced
• 1 Yellow bell pepper diced
• 1 Dried ancho chile
• 3/4 lb Calamari
• 6 c Lobster Stock (see recipe)
• 3/4 lb Shelled petit or English
• 1 1/2 lb Black mussels
• 1/2 lb Rock shrimp
• 1 Red bell pepper diced
• 1 Onion coarsely diced
• 1 1/2 lb New Zealand mussels (green-tipped)
• 3 Garlic minced
• 1 bn Chives
