• 150 g soft goats' cheese (Chavroux)
• ½ tbsp butter
• 12 basil leaves
• 1 garlic cloves
• 12 veal steaks
• olive oil
• 2 dl meat bouillon
• 2 pinch salt
• a little pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 sachet saffron
• some saffron threads
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 dl white wine
