Ingredients: 1 package wide egg noodles; 1/4 cup Ghee or Butter; 1 1/2 - 2 lbs FFF Sirloin Tip steak, Carne Asada steak, Chuck Roast or Stew Cubes.; Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste; 1 white onion, thinly sliced; 5 cloves garlic, pressed; 1 lb mushrooms of your choice; 1 1/2 cups beef stock (to use beef bone broth for added nutrients, check out our basic bone broth recipe HERE).; 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; 2-3 Tablespoons potato starch or flour mixed into 1/4 cup warm water to create a slurry; 1/2 cup whole fat plain greek yogurt or sour cream; Parsley for garnish

5 cloves garlic, pressed
1 lb mushrooms of your choice

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
