• 3-5 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
• ½ medium red or white onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 jalapeno, chopped (optional)

• 2 tbsp lime juice
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb jackfruit, fresh or from a drained can
• ½-1 packet F&S TACO Seasoning
• Corn or flour tortillas
• Guacamole
• Mexican crema or sour cream
• Cotija cheese
• Fresh-squeezed lime juice
