• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 cup water
• 8 tortillas (or more small street-style tortillas)
• Chopped romaine
• Fresh cilantro
• Salsa Fresca or any fresh salsa
