• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 canned chipotle chile in adobe sauce, plus 1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon table salt
• 2 cups chicken, cooked, chopped or shredded
• 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
• 6-12 corn tortillas, grilled or warmed
• 3/4 cup salsa
• 3 ounces Mexican cheese blend, shredded
