• 1 cup each diced onions, celery, and carrots
• 1 cup diced ham

• ½ cup dry white wine
• 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
• 2 tsp. dried oregano
• 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 1 dried bay leaf
• 1 can cannellini beans (15 oz.), drained and rinsed
• 2 cups spinach
• ½ cup chopped parsley
