• 150 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley finely chopped
• 1 handfull SuperValu Rocket Leaves
• 80 g SuperValu Sun Dried Tomatoes not the one in oil
• 2 tbsp The Happy Pear Sun-dried Tomato Pesto optional
• 3 tbsp Water
• 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
• 4 - Wholewheat Pita
