Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons chile powder
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
• 2 pounds slab bacon, cut into 1/4-inch slices
• 1 bunch green scallions, trimmed and cut into large pieces
• 1 jalapeño
• 1 to 2 limes
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
• Corn tortillas
