Tofu Tomato Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 red bell pepper
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 Tbsp tomato puree
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 large onion
• 1 large carrot
• salt and pepper
• pinch chilli flakes
• approx 350 g firm silken tofu
• 2 sticks celery
• three 400 g tins chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 5 cloves garlic
