• 145g tin tuna in brine, drained
• small handful pine nuts, toasted
• 1–1½ tsp harissa paste
• ½ lemon, zest and juice
• generous handful fresh flatleaf parsley, roughly chopped
• 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
