Ingredients

• 325 (11 ) Cavatelli pasta
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 450 g (1 litre) mixed ground beef, pork and veal
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 100 g (4 oz) tomato purée
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 1 1/2 tsp Mint
• 3/4 tbsp Chillies Crushed
• 300 ml (1/2 pint) chicken stock
• 1/4 cucumber, chopped
• 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tbsp Min
• 75 ml (3 fl ozs) plain Greek yoghurt
• 3 tbsp water
• 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules
• Schwartz Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season
