• 6 large Red Potatoes
• 4 Tbsp. Butter
• 1/4 C. Sour Cream
• 1/4 C. Milk
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
• 1/4 tsp. Black or White Pepper
• Gravy:
• 2 Tbsp. Butter
• 1 1/2 C. Beef Stock, divided
• 2 Tbsp. Beef Base
• 1 C. of the reserved Potato water
• Salt and Pepper to taste
