Sun-dried tomato spread | Recipe | Bounded by Buns
This spread is great on a sandwich with cheese and meat. A bagel sandwiched with cream cheese on one side and sun-dried tomato spread on the other is fantastic.
Ingredients
- 8.5 ounce jar of sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste concentrate (the kind in the squirt bottle not the can)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
