• 80 g whole cane sugar
• 125 ml virgin canola oil
• 1 tbsp rum
• 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 pinch nutmeg, freshly grounded
• 1/2 tsp salt
