• 1 Wick Fowler’s® Chili Kit
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 navel oranges, juiced and rinds reserved
• 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1 (14-pound) turkey, giblets removed
• 1 small onion, roughly chopped
• 1 head garlic, cloves peeled and crushed
• 1 stalk celery, roughly chopped
• 1 bunch each oregano, sage and rosemary, tied in a bundle
