• 1 cup (130g) self raising flour
• 150 g butter, chopped
• 1 egg yolk lightly beaten
• Cold water
• 1 kg chicken breast, shredded
• 200 g leg ham, cubed
• 6 spring onions, finely chopped
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 3 medium carrots, cut into small cubes
• 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
• 5 hard boiled eggs
• 2 tbsps olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 beaten egg yolk
• A little milk for the glazing
