• ¾ pounds cream cheese or Neufchâtel
• ½ medium red or yellow onion (minced)
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ cup dry mustard
• ½ tablespoon kosher salt
• ½ tablespoon garlic salt
• 2 ½ cups Hefeweizen
• 2 ounces crumbled feta or goat cheese
