Sticky orange-glazed ham | easyFood

Ingredients

• 1 x 5 kg ham joint
• 4 tbsp black treacle
• 1 tbsp black peppercorns
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 oranges, cut into wedges
• 1 handful of cloves, to stud
• 350 ml orange juice
• For the glaze:
• 80 g orange marmalade
• 55 g light brown sugar
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• 1 pinch of ground cloves
