- 1½ cups (225g) plain flour
- 100g cold butter, chopped
- 1/3 cup (25g) finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons cold water, approximately
- 1kg silver beet, trimmed
- 2 (50g) spring onions, chopped finely
- 200g fetta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
- NOTE: This recipe can be made several hours ahead.
