- 1 20 oz can pineapple slices, aka rings (divided)
- 4 apples
- 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 (300g) cups and 3 Tbsp sugar (divided)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice from the can
- 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
