Ingredients
- 1 package Kayem Small Batch Pepper Jack Sausage
- 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, 1/2 orange bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp water
- fajita seasoning
- one package flour tortillas
- cilantro, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream for garnishing.
- ½ tsp of each: salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ⅛ tsp of cayenne pepper and chili powder
