• 4 small chicken breasts
• 1 (12 oz.) package Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon
• 1 cup butternut squash, cut into 2-inch chunks
• 1 cup sweet bell peppers, cut into 2-inch chunks
• 1/2 cup onion, sliced
• 1 cup salad potatoes, scrubbed and halved if they are large
• 1 cup brussels sprouts, halved
• 1 tablespoon dried rosemary (or 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary)
• 3 to 4 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
