• 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup White Sugar
• 1/2 - 3/4 cup Butter Shortening
• 1/2 cup Stick Butter
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
• 1 cup Evaporated Milk
• 2 tsp Grated Nutmeg
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Ground All Spice
• Dash of Salt
• 1/4 cup Corn Syrup or Honey
• 1 Egg Beaten
• 1 cup Raisins
