Creamy almond and grape soup shots - Olive Oils from Spain
Sauté onion, leeks in EVOO. Add almonds, stock, blend smooth. Add cream, boil, season, cool. Serve in shot glasses with grapes, EVOO.

- 1.5 litres of chicken stock
