• 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 pinch of granulated sugar
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp rosemary
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 kilo of minced pork

• 400 g canned tomatoes
• 1 tbsp full of tomato paste
• 200 g water
• 250 g of cream cheese
• 500 g Lebanese pies, large
• 200 g cheese mix
