Ingredients

• 3/4 cup (180 mL) sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) 35 % cream
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) finely chopped toasted pecans
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking powder
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
• Cream Filling
• 1 cup (250 mL) 35 % cream
• 4 oz (125 g) Canadian Cream cheese softened
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) icing sugar sifted
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped toasted pecans
