• 1 ⁄ 2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups marinara sauce
• 1 1 ⁄ 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 1 Boursin cheese round, any flavor
• 10 fresh basil leaves , chopped
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese , shredded, divided
• 1 cup parmesan cheese , shredded, dived
